In the first episode of the Blindspot Check Podcast, driving instructor Nick Smith answers three questions sent in from learners and full licence holder drivers.

We look at what to do with an injured motorcyclists helmet at the scene of a crash. This one comes from the theory test and is a real question asked on a real driving lesson.

From Louise we get a question on traction control, what is it and why is it coming on more? We take a quick look at how the system works and what could be causing the light to flash more in the winter.

From Jaenelle we have a question on traffic lights and when it is safe to go. It’s not as simple as it would first look.

If you have a driving question you want answered get in touch. You can email blindspotcheck@rps-dm.co.uk or message @RPSDrivenElectric on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
